I handle the front desk and am the main line for Perspectives in Care RTM. I truly enjoy getting to connect with our patients and being part of a team that cares deeply for others. Every day brings a new opportunity to make someone feel seen, supported, and encouraged. I’m originally from Oceanside, California, and moved to Bay Minette, Alabama in 2023. I’m expecting my first baby girl in January and am so excited to become a mom. I’m currently in college pursuing my degree in dermatology, and I’m transferring from the University of Mobile to Liberty University.

My name is Garett and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I am extremely passionate about aiding patients on their wellness journey. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Georgia and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Meredith, and my two children, Ward and Mary Taft. I love watching sports, being a member at a local church with family, and have been known to play video games in my spare time.

My name is Lauren and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I am committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through compassionate care. I currently live in Bay Minette, Alabama, where I grew up. I have two dogs, two cats, and a little baby boy. I also am a lover of the arts and have been playing piano since I was 7. 

My name is Katie and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I really enjoy getting to know my patients and helping with their care in any way that I can. I am an Auburn graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. I have 3 amazing sons ranging in age from 2 to 20. I love to cook and spend time with family and friends. Acting is also a passion of mine. A little fun fact about me is that I can be spotted in a number of movies and tv shows- including Big George Foreman, Jesus Revolution, and About My Father.

I am a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and am currently living in Spanish Fort, Alabama. My family and I, which includes my husband, daughter, and our Jack Russel Terrier, like to take epic adventures to explore, hike and observe the beauty of the United States.

My name is Sharleen and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I am passionate about patient care and recovery. I grew up in Mobile, Alabama, and after living in several places over the years, including Texas Georgia and Oklahoma, my husband and I eventually made our way back to beautiful Fairhope, Alabama. I’ve been happily married for 32 years and am blessed with three wonderful children and their spouses, an amazing grandson, and the sweetest pup and grandpups. My happy place is being with my family.

My name is Taylor and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I have a passion for helping patients and am eager to support every step of their wellness journey. I live in New Roads, LA with my husband, little boy and two dogs. I am a big foodie and love anything that includes spending time with my family!

My name is Amity and I am a Clinical Coordinator. My desire is to assist and empower patients on their path to wellness. As a former chronic pain patient, I am aware of the ins and outs of daily living with chronic pain. My heart and desire is to help others in their suffering. I live on a micro farm in Alabama and spend my spare time managing it, cooking healthy meals for my family and enjoying down time with friends and family. 

My name is Maureen and I am a Clinical Coordinator.  I am a RN with a Master of Science in Nursing, and have worked with patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. I’ve been told by many people that I am a very compassionate person to those who are hurting. In my free time, I enjoy bike riding and playing tennis and pickleball.

My name is Colby and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I work directly with patients in our program to develop personalized care plans that support healthier, more comfortable lives. My previous work experience consists of case managing and counseling people who are experiencing homelessness.Therefore, I am passionate about connecting and being a good listener to people who are experiencing a lot of pain. My other passions and hobbies consist of leading worship at my church, spending quality time with my wife, Jessie, and playing live music around downtown Mobile, Alabama.

My name is LaJeanna and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to support people during some of the most challenging times in their lives. Being in pain is never easy, and I am grateful for the chance to listen, provide comfort, and help our patients. I live in Texas and am blessed to be a mother of 3 and “Ma” to 6  grandchildren. I am passionate about Jesus and love sharing the good news of the gospel with everyone I meet.

I enjoy building strong connections with clients and making sure they feel comfortable and valued. Providing great service and creating positive experiences are always my top priorities. I also love playing guitar and spending time with my wife Lauren and my son Elliott as well as hanging out in my garage where I work on project cars.

My name is Steve and I am a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Coordinator with over 35 years of experience in helping people and their families with chronic cancer and non cancer pain and the interface of pain and addiction. He has been published over 200 times and has spoken all over the United States and around the world. Outside of work, Steve is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with his family.

My name is Tiffany and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I am extremely passionate about aiding patients in their wellness journey. I have over ten years of experience in customer service. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my three children, Abby, Cole, and Zoe. I love the outdoors, watching sports, enjoying get togethers with friends, taking photos, playing pool, shopping, and decorating my home.

With years of experience in leadership and community service, I am deeply committed to supporting our mission of improving wellness through trust, compassion, and innovation. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and five children, tending to my backyard garden, and serving in my church. I also enjoy traveling, mentoring others, and creating spaces where families can thrive in faith and health.

My name is Isabella and I am a Clinical Coordinator. I am dedicated and passionate about assisting patients with their health and wellness. I received my EMT-B license through Coastal Alabama Community College. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Steven, and our two puppies, Noah and Charlie. I love  the outdoors, such as going to the beach, fishing and hiking.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my parents Michael and Kim, my niece Maybre, and my sister MaKaela. I love being a member of my local church and serving in their coffee bar.
